BENETEAU GROUP WITHDRAW FROM THIS YEARS BOOT DUSSELDORF

Written by Sea Ventures | Jan 1, 2022 10:31:00 AM

It is with regret that in the light of the current Covid news across Europe the Beneteau Group has taken the decision not to attend the Dusseldof Boat Show in January with any of the Group brands. We have published below a message we received today from Jeanneaus CEO Paul Blanc.

"For several weeks, Europe as a continent has experienced a surge in Covid infections to levels not seen in months.

Jeanneau place the health and safety of their staff, dealers and clients at the forefront and do not wish to expose them under these circumstances.

The epidemic's evolution in Europe by the end of January is uncertain: since national and local restrictions may be taken by individual countries to slow down the Covid spread, we believe both traveling to and staying in Germany could become very challenging.

As a consequence, along with the other brands of Beneteau Group and many other boat builders, we have taken the difficult decision not to participate in this year's  exhibition.

We would have loved to meet you all again in Dusseldorf, but we will unfortunately have to wait until the health situation improves. We are working on alternative plans in the spring of 2022 to showcase our boats to clients and introduce the DB/43 to the World.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The sales team remains available to provide further information.
