Tim and the Sea Ventures team were delighted to be awarded a prestigious Exceptional Performance Award at the Excess worldwide dealer meeting last week
Sea Ventures is in our third year as UK Distributor of the Beneteau Group’s Excess Catamarans. From a slow start during the Covid years Tim has grown our sales and customer base for this lovely product to very respectable levels. Our owners tend to cruise their yachts extensively and we have put considerable effort into our aftersales activities to make sure that they are looked after wherever they are.
So it was particularly pleasing to see that our efforts have been recognised... and at last week’s Excess worldwide dealer meeting Tim collected the top award on behalf of the Sea Ventures team for exceptional performance in the field of Customer Service.
